Trish Kemke

My formal training is in computer information systems, MCSE, database management and control system programming. I have an insatiable curiosity about most things computer related, in other words I am a “geek”, more appropriately, a “geekette”.

My creative explorations have included; stained glass, jewelry, commissioned colored pencil portraits, and digital oil paintings. My latest fascination, the creation of fractal art, has merged both my logical and creative processes. Fractals, composed on the computer, utilize algorithmic formulas to produce amazingly beautiful, intricately detailed, highly individual creations. When starting a fractal I have no preconceived idea of what I seek to produce. Fractals are more about exploration and discovery. Element by element, through manipulation of multiple and numerous variables, the fractal design is revealed, each result unique and different.

I only wish I had this flag counter before as the counter won't reflect the thousands of people and flags I have had visit already. C'est la vie.
